- Understand the brand proposition and matching the same with consumer insight
- Develop plans and translate the same into creative briefs.
- Defining the media mix for the show (print, outdoor, social, digital)
- Optimal utilization of media vehicles as per budget.
- Brief agencies on the insight and evaluate the agency ideas
- Link all the ideas and seek approvals on the best solution
- Creating effective launch and sustenance communication for the property.
- Deployment of new and evolving modes of marketing
- Ensuring consistent social media engagement with consumers
- Building characters through social media platforms by ensuring their constant presence
- Growing the brand and characters via this platform.
- Identify marketing agencies based on their strengths and the events requirements
- Manage relations with existing vendors (Marketing and Creative Agencies, Ad Agencies, Event Management Agencies, etc.)
- Evaluate performance of vendors during campaigns and provide feedback as required
