Key expectations from the role are:
- Accountable for hands-on analytics project delivery of insights from marketing measurement analysis for regional and country campaigns
- Bring storytelling skills and ability to influence key stakeholders towards desired outcomes
- Work closely with the Big Data Implementation, Products, Business Analysis & Insights, and modeling teams to continuously carve out newer and better ways of customer targeting & experimentation
The ideal candidate would have:
- Depth of expertise in marketing analytics, especially related to marketing campaigns tracking, Design of Experiments & attribution
- Expertise in creating high impact presentations and effective visualization towards conveying key insights from analyses
- Experience with in-depth marketing analytics and problem-solving, ability to think strategically while being detail and execution-oriented, and success in managing competing priorities
- Knowledge of / experience with multi-channel and cross-channel attribution
- Expertise in creating and driving quantifiable metrics/KPIs and leverage consumer data to find quality customers to acquire, engage, retain and reactivate through various marketing channels
- Strong influencing skills is a must for this role
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics roles with exposure of working in financial services
- Experience in creating high impact presentations for conveying analytical insights to a diverse set of stakeholders
- Working knowledge of basic statistics and proven track record of using statistics in past projects
- Strong Knowledge of marketing analytics techniques & platforms including digital tools such as Adobe site catalyst, SAS & SQL
Education:
- Masters in a numerate subject such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Business Administration, Economics etc. from Premier Institute or a track record of performance that demonstrates this ability
