We are looking for an individual to join our client , as a Marketplace Marketing Manager. Roles and Responsibilities - Responsible for planning and delivering monthly & yearly sales targets - Analyse and run ads on Amazon AMS , Flipkart - Analyse data to determine ways to optimise performance to improve conversion rates, click percentages, and other key metrics - Maintain and leverage relationships with channel partners to execute new initiatives and ensure smooth day to day operations - Make recommendations to continually improve performance by analysing internal results, competitive data, and keeping on top of industry trends - Document clearly defined action steps and recommendations Skills and Qualifications: - Has minimum 2-4 years of experience in running and optimising Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display Ads, PLA and PCA Ads - Ability to scale up the revenue while keeping ROAS in check - Experience in running marketplace ads and promotions - all types - Hands-on e-commerce or online marketplace experience - Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and paid advertising experience (pay per click) is a plus - Digital Marketing Experience - Advanced Excel knowledge and skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills - Strong ability to multitask
