Manager - Marketing (Euramerica)-US Shift, Flexible
The key responsibility of this position is to support the operations of the Marketing department to ensure smooth execution of our marketing activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include resource management and allocation, project management, and implementation of technologies and software to improve the efficiencies of our marketing team.
You will have a mix of soft and hard skills and a marketing mind, but your core strength will be analytical and operational.
Note- This position reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Job Responsibilities:
- Help develop, maintain, and drive internal SOPs for each marketing function, and manage project management workflows across teams.
- Implementation of ongoing marketing tools and software, including but not limited to, our CRM and ESP
- Use internal and external resources to manage multi-channel marketing activities that may include print ads, digital ads, email marketing, social media, press releases, and trade shows
- Manage all marketing documents and assets using a content management system
- Ensure consistency of our brand identity and communication across channels
- Collaborate with Product Marketing teams to develop marketing materials and sales tools as required
- Collaborate with our Head Office for corporate marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing activities within monthly budget and approved authority matrix
- Marketing resource planning & management including agency relationships, freelancers, softwares, internal resources etc
- Manage marketing inventory
- Recommend ways of improving efficiencies across the marketing department
- Define and report on key department KPIs/metrics
- Maintain a monthly/editorial calendar of ongoing marketing projects and effectively manage products and deadlines

- Ability to make decisions and resolve problems while working under pressure
Requirements :
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business, or other related/equivalent field
- 5+ years of project management or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with marketing software implementation or optimization
- 3+ years of Marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
- Strong command of the English language and effective verbal and written communication skills
