As a result of our recent success and incredible growth plans, our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join them and lead their Marketing department. This is a 360 marketing role and the person would be expected to look after the marketing budget, marketing calendar, implement various ATL/BTL campaigns, digital and social media, PR and communications, look after events, media relations and liaise with various departments to increase ROI. - You will design and execute the marketing strategies across PAN India, producing results that deliver a wider reach and ultimately a bigger presence for the brand. The successful candidate will act as 360 marketing expert and be solely accountable for amplifying the message and awesomeness of the brand - Execute engaging and innovative campaigns across digital, advertising, SEO and social - Planning and execution of local and regional marketing campaigns and activity across offline and digital channels - Work collaboratively with all members of the management team to make sure company is being represented in the right way - Analyse campaign performance and present to senior management providing key insights to help make well-informed business decisions - Manage and drive improvement strategies across user acquisition and retention. - Help facilitate brand building and brand awareness - Enable brand delivery across multiple channels and touchpoints, including PR, content, events, sponsorships, partnerships and sales communications. Qualifications: - Must have at least 5 - 7 years of experience in a creative advertising/marketing agency or brand side - Strong experience across the entire digital marketing mix - exposure to SEO, social and advertising - Experience within travel, leisure, hospitality, sports, entertainment or F&B is a huge plus - Candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent - Masters is a plus - A burning passion for sports and travel is a MUST. - Regional or international experience is a plus
