One of the leading MNC Lubricant companies wishes to hire the Marketing head for its Middles East operations.
The incumbent would be developing and executing the complete marketing strategy for the region. He/she would be leading the complete P&L of the brand and provide leadership to the Marketing team.
The key responsibilities shall be :
- To work towards world-class capability in Marketing and to grow the brands globally .
- Understanding the consumer connect, consumer insights.
- Creating best practices of the brand planning and creating winning propositions for Brand Innovation, Brand positioning strategies
- Right mix deployment
- Integrated communication development
- Digital Marketing strategies
- New positioning strategy
- Drive marketing excellence through best in class marketing teams
- Provide strategic direction to the sales force and assist in developing communication strategies for them to achieve the organisation goal.
We invite applications from MBAs from the leading B Schools (IIMs, XLRI, MDI, IIFT, SCMHRD, and like institutes), with hands-on experience in Marketing /Brand development/ brand management in FMCG/PAINT/LUBES /TYRES industries only.
- Must have handled brands with at least 100cr
- Must have contributed in conceptualizing and bringing in new product / projects . Sound knowledge of all facets of brand management, marketing strategy and innovation process is a prerequisite.
- Flair for Innovation, creating new brands - is THE key competency we are looking for.
EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING IN MIDDLE EAST /MENA would be preferred.
