Job Description : 1. Understands the market, evaluates its potential, and advises business leaders on the strategy to grow share and revenue 2. Evaluates competitors, funnels competitive insights into solution roadmaps, and identifies areas of differentiation for Company 3. Learns buyer personas and their journey, segments the market and priorities, targets with a good product-need fit 4. Develops a deep understanding of the solutions to build and execute its Go To Market (GTM) strategy and commercial activation plan 5. Working with SMEs and Business Marketing Managers, builds the core messaging and positioning for solutions by converting technical features into simple, customer-specific outcomes 6. Independently creates compelling content (presentations, brochures, fact sheets, case studies, videos, web pages, blogs, PR) that differentiate the solutions 7. Enables the commercial team through training on the right use of the assets, ensuring the brand is represented consistently and cohesively 8. Establishes Company thought leadership in the region and segment by working with industry forums and driving the industry council's agenda and publishing white papers 9. Crafts and orchestrates digital and offline campaigns and events that drive demand, aligned with the buyer journey process 10. Launches new solutions and ensures standardization in messaging for existing solutions 11. Works with the Head of Marketing as the voice of the segment and region and its priorities, while collaborating closely with the Business Unit Head to bring a marketing perspective to the business 12. Great marketing aptitude and a thirst to learn about new solutions 13. Strategic thinking, coupled with strong execution skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves, get-it-done attitude 14. Curiosity to ask the right questions in a language SMEs, Business Marketers, and Sales Managers understand 15. Good content writing skills that illustrate solution value simplistically 16. Spirit of partnership and high EQ to manage multiple senior stakeholders from an individual contributor, leadership by influence position 17. 5-8 years of Marketing experience 18. MBA preferred, technology/life sciences/biopharma/healthcare industry knowledge helpful
