About the role :

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the business and drive performance marketing across direct marketing campaigns
- Work with business, data analytics and website teams to design the marketing strategy, design & execute direct marketing campaigns to drive Revenue for Air & Non- Air Partners
- Member life cycle management campaigns for flights category, map - measure and drive campaign & data led initiatives to align members to the loyalty cycle (onboard / lift & shift / activate / reduce churn / win-back campaigns / automated triggers etc.)
- Drive member engagement through a central digital journey - engaging and relevant multichannel content delivery and creation of an interactive member experience with gamification tools, etc.
- Use and enhance the customer single view to deliver personalized experience across channels at an individual member level
- Delivering consistent high ROI on both inbound & outbound campaigns, use attribution models to track, report & optimize conversion
- The role also supports organizations efforts by building a body of quantifiable successes and use cases in new and upcoming experimental areas
Desired Candidate with education requirement (if any):
Mandatory :
- MBA - Marketing full time, any technical undergraduate, B. Tech, B.E. etc.
- Should have worked directly in campaign management and have experience in marketing automation systems like UNICA / WCA / Marketo / Exact Target / Adobe Campaign.
- Prior experience in App retention marketing
- Prior experience in lifecycle management, direct marketing & mid-size team management
- Proven track record of strategizing for campaigns and delivering consistent high ROI across Business KPI- s
- Skills across marketing, analytics, UI-UX, conversion - optimization, insights generation
- Hands- on experience in working with a database is a must
- Proven record of constant skill and knowledge updating, best practices sharing and team mentoring
Preferred :
- Experience in Loyalty marketing, airline business, and aggregator businesses
- Technical skills in aggregating data, campaign management, domain reputation, IP -handling
- Proven successful UI/UX projects with web analytics - Adobe / GA
- Knowledge of IBM/ Adobe suite of products - Watson campaign automation
- Setting up an omni-channel campaign management experience is a plus
