Responsibilities: - Lead key growth initiatives across the user lifecycle - Enhance Brand Awareness by leveraging all the available tools - Work with the senior management to understand the key targets and layout clear/executable strategies - Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm and execute the defined strategies - Gather, analyze data and draw relevant insights to optimize ongoing activities. Post project analysis to arrive at actionable learnings for future campaigns - Work cross-functionally with cross-functional teams such as Android/iOS/backend developers, content, moderation...etc to aid in executing the strategies Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in marketing, from strategy to implementation, with a strong track record of driving results - Proven track record in delivering best results through YouTube, Google, FB ads - Working experience with 3rd party ad networks - Knowledge of best practices to improve engagement and retention (preferably with a previous working experience) - Ability to increase brand awareness through organic channels like SEO, ASO, and referral programs - Hands-on experience with product analytics tools
