Key Purpose of the Job: - The role holder is responsible for planning and driving execution of the marketing strategies / initiatives for the group, in line with the vendor marketing plan &amp; budgets, compliance framework and internal product / business strategies.&nbsp; - The role holder drives partner enablement programs and lead generation activities with the concerned product / business team and the sales team. The role holder also provides outsourced marketing services for specific brands, as required. Educational Qualification / Experience required: - Graduate in any discipline (including engineering), with a full time MBA - Marketing Specialization (preferred) - Experience of around 10 to 15 years in handling marketing initiatives in IT Distribution (preferred) / FMCG / FMCD /Services industry - Atleast 3 years experience in independently leading a team and driving marketing initiatives for a group of products / brands - Should possess understanding of the sales, distribution and marketing communications process in the IT Distribution sector - Sound awareness of marketing concepts - Strong communication skills - Willingness to travel extensively Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for preparation of Marketing plan and budgets (for example, quarterly, annual) in discussion with the concerned internal and external stake holders (for example, vendor team, internal product / business team) 2. Drive seamless execution of planned marketing initiatives, partner enablement programs and lead generation activities, in coordination with the concerned stake holders 3. Review and ensure marketing initiatives adhere to stipulated compliances, budgets and targeted Return on Investment (ROI), as per plan 4. Provide outsourced marketing services support for specific brands, as required 5. Responsible for managing the team
