Job Summary :

- We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Marketing Manager.The Marketing Manager serves as the firm's primary strategist, publisher, analyst, and storyteller.

- We are looking for someone to own and execute the marketing strategy and brand strategy in UK, Europe and USA markets.

Responsibilities:

- Design and Develop the marketing strategy and brand strategy for the company.

- Responsible for company presence across all social media, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant to multiply engagement.

- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.

- Responsible for all brand building activities including participation and sponsorship of events, trade magazines, etc.

- Responsible for all PR activities.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.

- Essentially own end to end marketing, and later grow it as a practice within the organization.

Requirements:

- MBA with Marketing specialization.

- Experience in B2B brand building, preferably in IT consulting or Recruitment market.

- Strong analytical and research skills.

- Should be a self-starter.

- Should have excellent command over English (both verbal as well as written).
