Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad/ Infocity, Gandhinagar

Experience: 6 to 10 years, post qualification.

Key Responsibilities :

- Demonstrable accomplishments on both types of marketing programs - Inbound & outbound.

- Setting up structures.

- Strong team management and team mentoring skills.

- Good combination of proven methods and new methods in marketing.

- Innovative ways to do the lead generation.

- Targeting correct customers/audiences.

- Working knowledge in digital/online/social media marketing tools.

- Content management, like content writing & editing, marketing communications

- Campaign management & execution - be able to provide ROI on each method or campaigns.

- Branding & re-positioning.

- Website optimization & management.

- Technical documentation & presentation.

- Other Marketing task as assigned.

- Strong knowledge of selling software services is must

Skills Required :

- Should be result oriented & organized.

- Clear on his/her KRA & KPI's (Metrics).

- Strategic thinking from planning to execution.

- Able to run high volume of Campaigns.

- Should be intuitive/spontaneous.

- Should have ability to think broadly (company wide level) and have narrow focus (focus on what task is to be done currently).

Education, Expertise & Experience :

- MBA Marketing preferred or relevant qualification in marketing. 6+ Years, up to 10 years, with good track records.

- Excellent interpersonal skills. High energy & aggression level, positive attitude/mindset, enthusiastic, multitasker, having eye for detail.

- Good to have from same industry or domain (IT/ITes).
