Marketing Manager ( Microsoft)
- Working closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager (BU) and local sales team as well as the other functional leaders for the overall success of partnership with Microsoft, and KPI driven demand generation programs.
- Define Partner Marketing programs for Compunnel, and design campaigns to address business opportunities with Microsoft
- Develop and manage marketing programs and partner integration for industry marketing in BFSI, Government, Healthcare markets.
- Responsible to have close engagement with MS to drive joint marketing programs (digital marketing, emailers, webinars, partner events, Industry events, webinars, and many others) with defined revenue and outcomes
- Must understand the Microsoft partner portal functionality, and must work in conjunction with sales team on managing portal and adding new opportunities in the pipeline every week basis
- Collaborate with Corporate marketing team to support on-demand generation activities and branding required for Microsoft Partnership
- Design campaigns to address business opportunities and challenges, capture top-of-funnel prospects and progress them towards qualified leads
- Sincere involvement in driving Account Based Marketing programs
- Should understand how to apply and manage Pipeline Performance Funds/ Market Development Funds
- Responsible for handling sponsorships with partner events, applying for supplier awards
- Measure, analyze, and report overall campaign performance, pipeline, and conversion rates
Primary Skills Qualifications :
- Understanding of local market of North America. Should be able to translate sales, channel and customer requirements into marketing strategies and programs
- Ability to drill analytics basis each campaign with defined KPIs
- Proficient in research and competitive analysis basis
- Ability to thrive with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, adaptability, initiative, and execution
- Should be well versed in the researching the competitive landscape, and differentiating business from competitors, devising marketing strategy accordingly
- Should have 3-5 years of experience with running Microsoft Azure Marketing campaigns
- Should have proficient understanding on ADMS, cloud computing and migration as services
- Good understanding of partner management, partner business, partner business models, digital transformation business drivers, ecosystem and sales drivers, emerging IT trends and their impact on the partner eco-system
- Develop co-marketing relationships, identify joint revenue opportunity, develop actionable GTM programs.
