Manager - Marketing - IT (4-7 yrs)
Role Overview : We are seeking a results-driven and visionary Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketing efforts. This individual will have the unique opportunity to understand our overall strategy, identify and leverage the right marketing channels, establish and manage the marketing budget, and execute strategies to achieve our business goals. In addition, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for building the marketing function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with our company's mission and values.
- Identify and utilize the most effective marketing channels to reach our target audience.
- Set and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, empathy, and authenticity.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including website visits, website inquiries, LinkedIn and Instagram followers, brand recall, and lead generation for the sales team.
- Run performance marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and generate leads.
- Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in B2B client servicing across diverse industries (startups, consulting, legal, IT, engineering, HR consultancy)
- Demonstrated expertise in team building and leadership, with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial role.
- Robust strategic planning abilities for crafting IT-specific marketing strategies in harmony with the company's objectives and goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including technical communication.
- Proven track record in successfully managing marketing campaigns.
- Effective budget management skills for optimizing resource allocation.
- Expertise in Digital marketing and social media strategy.
