- Define the product strategy and road map based on the company's current and future product line-ups - Develop the core positioning and messaging for the products - Responsible for the development of KOL for company product with collaboration with other members of the sales team - Select and work closely with KOL to promote our product effectively - Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed. - Plan and execute promotional events such as CME, in-clinic-activities, live surgery etc. - Promotional activity planning in regional and national congresses - Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products &amp; services. - Responsible for conducting clinical studies across Pan India. - Train the sales force on product &amp; sales strategy in quarterly/half yearly &amp; annual meeting across Pan India - Keep in touch with users &amp; possible customers according to technical issue of our products. - Plan &amp; execute the activities for team members to carry out various business strategies to drive the growth. - Work closely with sales team and co-ordinate with Managing Director to achieve the business goal. - Collect data for each region of the country &amp; Price Analysis of the competition. - Report timely to Managing Director for the current product update of the company as well as the competitors
