Job Title: Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager

Location: Pune

Experience: 6+ Years

Purpose of the job:

We're looking for Market Insight and Analytics Manager in our Marketing team to provide data expertise as we improve the growth in business, and engagement of the customers. In the role you'll be part of marketing function and work closely with a cross-functional team consisting of business management, sales, finance, and operations. You will be leading the Excellence area for the India Cluster. You possess a passion for improving techniques, processes, tracking, analytical insights and technology used by business. You will person will possess a structured thought process to help address the challenges of business analytics, financial continuity, and data driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities.

- Actively own relationships with key stakeholders across the business, gathering short and long-term requirements and providing on going market analytic support.

- Develop proficiency in understanding various internal information databases and be able to think holistically to link with business goals and KPIs.

- Drive annual business planning process for the Cluster and sales company

- Ability to think holistically to provide insights based on trends.

- Strengthen the internal focus by carrying out bespoke research/analysis on data to achieve actionable insights for the leadership team supporting in critical business decision making.

- Assist teams and individuals across the business in framing questions, defining goals and constructing aligned, accurate and actionable metrics to track performance.

- Deliver insights effectively through visualizations, reports and decks.

- Within the marketing team, contribute to continuous improvement of analytic best practices and framework.

- Occasionally work with marketing team on other domains of marketing and continue to have an over sight of the same.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6+ years of proven experience providing market insights and analytic support, ideally within the B2B industry.

- Engineer with MBA would be added advantage.

- High level of numeracy with Quantitative/ statistical analytic skills

- Proficiency with business intelligence tools like Microsoft Access, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint

- Experience with visualizing data in reports, dashboards and decks

- Strong attention to detail, natural curiosity with ability to problem-solve creatively.

- Exceptionally strong communication skills (both written and verbal), strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diversity of business users, of different technical abilities.

- Self-starter who can effectively manage time and workload.

- An independent learner who can identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvements and reach out for resource.

- Ability to manage the various facets of marketing.
