Looking for a creative person who has a passion for marketing, brand building, writing, public relations, community outreach initiatives, and event planning. The Marketing Manager serves as the firm's primary strategist, publisher, analyst, and storyteller. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for Brand positioning and strategic brand management, and articulating brand strategy, positioning, values to all stakeholders. - Developing a Marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. - Responsible for company presence across all social media, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant to multiply engagement. - Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely. - Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors. Engage with industry analysts, media to enhance the brand presence. - Create all the marketing material in line with the marketing plans. - Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups. - Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals - Plan and execute company hosted events, road shows, seminars, and workshops. - Partner with sales to translate the strategic marketing plan into actionable quarterly targets and initiatives to achieve financial objectives. Requirements: - MBA from a Tier I/II Business School - Experience in marketing in a B2B industry. - Prior experience in IT Consulting Industry is preferred. - Good storytelling abilities - Excellent Communication Skills and Presentation skills - Self Starter and ability to work in an unstructured environment
