Manager - Marketing - IIM/FMS/MDI/ISB (5-12 yrs)
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering/Science and MBA (Marketing) from a premier institute
- 7+ years of experience in an MNC - either medical device or consumer marketing
- Ability to leverage customer insights and market trends into marketing programs
- Marketing experience in a health, consumer/retail or technology environment will be an added advantage
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales function will be an added advantage
Customer Engagement
- Work on the strategy to improve customer engagement
- Map their hearing journey and develop appropriate plans to engage them effectively throughout their lifetime with Cochlear (once they become our recipient)
- Be the custodian of customer database and CRM tools focussed on recipients by using appropriate technology/platform
- Identify and develop the appropriate channel/platform/communication to engage effectively with our recipients
- Co-ordinate the development of regional marketing collateral by reviewing and ensure relevance of message and content
Product Management
- Manage the introduction of new products and obsolescence of older products (Cochlear Sound Processors - upgrades)
- Drive upgrade sales
- Develop marketing plans and execute on promotional, pricing and launch strategies
- Work with APAC Marketing/ CIN Finance to develop appropriate product pricing, configuration and positioning for upgrades/service offerings
- Drive consumer awareness of new product/service offering
Business Model Innovation
- Develop the appropriate business model for the market introduction of new or required services to add value to the end to end recipient experience
- Utilize customer insights, recipient data, and market analysis to develop the business model
- Identify the business model for service contracts, online account management and remote patient service support in key markets (as per the requirement)
- Measuring customer satisfaction through surveys
- Roll out new initiatives focussed on recipient services
- Train the field team on new products/services at regular intervals
Event Management
- Plan, organize, execute and manage events including tradeshow, customer and partner events, industry events and other corporate events, ensuring high profile of Cochlear
- Review and develop communications to support local events and activities with India / Regional Marcom team members
- Organize and Plan educational programmes and other activities such as milestone celebrations with key centres
- Plan and design recipient engagement meets (from content to execution)
- Coordinate with the internal team for logistics needs for launches, conferences, etc
- Manage inventory of marketing communication material and merchandise for SA - updating database, videos, image libraries, monitoring stock levels, re-printing collateral, ordering, storage, maintaining collateral lists and records with respect to services business
