Looking for : - 5 to 8 years of experience (MBA From Tier I institute is must) - Industry Preference - OTC / Pharma / FMCG Job Responsibilities : - Leading mutli brand portfolio through various stages of brand life cycle journey - Leading the strategic planning on portfolio for short to medium term at various stages of the brand life cycle. - Leading shopper and consumer marketing efforts on brands - Leading all marketing initiatives on the brands including communication development, media management, (ATL &amp; BTL Activation) - Working closely with the sales team for channel communication plans - Liaison with external stakeholders like creative agencies, graphic design house, marketing research agencies, packaging vendors and internal stakeholders for effective brand management - Formulating &amp; executing marketing plans for new product development. - Responsible for the delivery of the Top Line and Bottom Line of the Brand.
