Manager - Marketing - Gynaecology Segment - Pharma (5-15 yrs)
Marketing Manager
- Candidate will be responsible for handling Marketing function of Gynaecology segment.
- Will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands.
- Should have good experience and knowledge in Gynaecology Segment.
- Will closely work with Field Manager and all other supporters frequently.
- Will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.
- Design Promotional/ communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.
- Will be required to undertake customers-oriented campaign & special activities for priority products.
- Will be responsible for campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders.
- Handling the responsibility for Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
- Need to undertake review of field work & evaluate strategy implementation.
- Responsible for Co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.
- Should have good experience in managing & Marketing team in PMT to achieve business objective.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduate or Postgraduate, 7-15 years in Pharma Sales and Marketing out of 2-3 years as Marketing Manager / Group Product Manager handling Gynaecology Segment.
- Should be creative, innovative & effective in man management.
- Should have good knowledge of Gynaecology segment.
- Should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.
