- Responsible for development, deployment & monitoring of all marketing programs that are designed to enhance 4P strategies.

- Partner with several agencies, such as communication, packaging design, research, media, etc., to develop brand innovation and activation plans.

- Responsible for development, execution and performance of all marketing programs designed to increase brand availability, visibility, awareness and offtakes across channels.

- Contribute to shaping the medium to long term direction of the brand.

- Maximize brand growth opportunities from the current product mix.

- Work in collaboration with the NPD team to develop new products, estimate category size (volume and value) and assess profitability for the new products. Develop innovation business plan and monitor innovation performance (including post launch evaluation report).

- Understand and drive profitable innovation/ renovation launch (New product launch/ recipe improvement / packaging upgrade) focusing on growth and profitability (Incr.TO / Incr. GM).

- Co-ordination and communication of product packaging and price changes.

- Performance analysis, corrective action and management to ensure delivery of set objectives.

- Manage and evaluate trade promotion activations to ensure maximum returns.

- Analyze portfolio for profitability and growth (by category/ brand/ SKU/ region). Provide clear outcomes and recommendation for the way forward.

- Identify value engineering opportunities within the current portfolio to improve overall profitability (cost of material/ sourcing / packaging/ etc.).

- Responsible for recommending SKU rationalization.

- Objective oriented resources allocation to drive current category growth.

- Responsible for tracking and analyzing all marketing investment spends. Tracks marketing campaign ROI performance.

- Responsible training and development of skills of subordinates (where applicable).
