Manager - Marketing - FMCG/Hospitality/Retail (5-8 yrs)

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the success of Pursuant products, services & brand promise in the marketplace.

This person will :

1. Establish effective working relationships with sales and agency leadership to ensure that our products and services are implemented through sales enablement and marketing demand generation programs

2. Provide feedback into product development and service offers and participates in their development; collaborate to create, launch and track performance of product and service offerings in our markets

3. Develop and deliver appropriate field sales enablement tools

4. Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.

5. Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.

6. Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness and drip marketing initiatives. The ability to speak to how these channels work together is very important.

7. Develop and monitor campaign budgets

8. Plan and manage our social media platforms

9. Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign overall performance

10. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas and target audience.

11. Manages directly: Marketing Team, Graphics Design associates, PR Agencies.

EXPERIENCE:

- 5-8 yrs of Experience, preferably from F&B, Retails, Hospitality, E-commerce or FMCG domain in Marketing roles.

KNOWLEDGE :

- Should possess in depth Knowledge of latest marketing trends and scenarios and be able to conceptualize and execute innovative strategies.

SKILLS

- Fluent in English (verbal & written) and local languages

- Good people handling skills / interpersonal relations

- Event Management

- Corporate Communication & Client Servicing

- Brand Management & Media Relations
