Marketing Manager Primary Purpose of Role : - Responsible to develop plans and execute Category and Innovation based projects. Incumbent will champion Category strategy, activations and assist in executing Innovation initiatives from Conceptualization to Development to Marketing. - You will support the business Growth by understanding category insights & customer needs for development of new concept & products. - You would work closely with the research team & R&D for product development & consumer testing. - You will be required to drive the Marketing Communication through collaboration with agencies on, packaging, collaterals & activation. - Work with various stakeholders to ensure success of marketing initiatives Roles and Responsibilities & Key Deliverables : - Managing the marketing budget including digital spends - Planning and implementing marketing strategy collaborating with cross functional teams and external stakeholders. - Responsible for managing all agencies pertaining to content creation, promotional events, customer and category research. - Responsible for driving the revenue growth in specific customers / categories by designing value proposition through extensive insights - Organizing and executing the Product Launch Events. - Launching multi-platform digital activations to drive awareness, reach and generating leads in line with the business objectives - Developing concept & product conducting relevant research to gain Consumer and Customer insights - Developing and executing new launches while working with the cross functional team for Product development - Work along with BU marketing teams & corporate marketing to build company's awareness within India. Brand exercise - Carry company's india's capabilities across key accounts globally - Analysing market and category dynamics - Controlling the marketing budget to maximize its return of investment - Participating in Demand Planning and S&OP processes Knowledge/Experience: - To effectively perform in this job the position holder must have: - MBA with 8- 10 years of experience in relevant category/ Food Manufacturing Companies - Professional/ Technical Competencies - Excellent communicator - both written and verbal, Interpersonal, influencing skills, strong analytical skills. - Ability to think and execute
