- Responsible for development, execution, and monitoring of overall marketing strategy (ATL/BTL and digital marketing) of the company, in consultation with sales team and Management
- Develop and monitor the social media strategy of the Company
- Responsible for planning and monitoring of new product launch program and evaluation of its effectiveness
- Provide opinions for development of new product categories and SKUs to R&D department and the management.
- Co-ordinate with NSH, and provide feedback from market surveys, to help achieve sales targets
- Responsible for preparation of branding and marketing budgets and monitoring of actual spends on a periodic basis
- Liaise with marketing agencies / media to obtain the most optimum deals on advertisements and other media initiatives
- Responsible for deployment and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Establish targets for the marketing team members to achieve the departmental goals
- Finalize vendor performance evaluations and recommend identified vendors
- Review results of market visits and surveys carried out by Executive - marketing. Communicate results to sales teams for subsequent action
