KRA's :

Marketing Strategy :

- Conceptualizing, Developing and Implementing Marketing strategies and programs for India.

- Play active role in building the Annual Strategic Plans.

Market Intelligence :

- Developing, Designing & Implementing Marketing Programs for a brand / portfolio in alignment with the overall strategy for the portfolio and desired business outcome

- Customer Orientation

Qualifications :

- MBA/PGDM from Top B School

- Candidate should have 7-10 years of marketing experience in FMCG Industry.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong process and interpersonal skills
