Manager - Marketing - FMCG (6-12 yrs)
Job responsibilities;
- Take brand ownership and translate brans strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor market trends, research consumer market and competitor's activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Development of brand positioning
- Development of theme communication & messaging for various touch points that can be leveraged
- Interaction with advertising agencies and design themes to develop briefs and develop packaging and other advertising and promotional material
- Coordination and interaction with R&D for the developement of new offers and bringing them to the market
- Coordination with Internal & external stakeholders
- Go-To MArket planning & execution- work with the team / led in the development of go-to-market strategies for new offers
- Regular Conduct market visit, perform Corporate and brand advocacy and support the field team through constructive customer/ Consumer engagement
- Consumer research/Data Analysis
