- Experience of dealing with multi brand/product portfolio in a large Company.
- Good experience of executing ATL, BTL, TTL, Market Research, Media Planning & Category
Management across diverse geographies.

Job Specific Comments
- Responsibility of Marketing Planning & Execution including leading & implementing Marketing Strategies, Processes & Procedures Execution, Goals/Targets Delivery, Process Controls, People Management, Cross-Functional Support and Coordination, etc.
- Requires less supervision.
- Includes coordination & managerial roles internally, along with external agency & vendor handling.
- Executing the Marketing Plans for brands, across Regions.
- Responsible for planning & execution of all aspects of the marketing function for the assigned product portfolio.
- Planning and executing new initiatives and strategies for improving the products- market share, growth and contribution.
- Strategizing and continue working towards brand building, brand nurturing, brand positioning, brand health, etc.
- Analyzing market intelligence on competition, lifestyle trends, consumer behavior, market compositions, region-wise and product-wise sales scenarios and strategizing accordingly.
- Market Research pertaining to the designated categories like Brand Health Tracks, Usage & Attitude Studies, Concept Test, Syndicated Retail & Consumer Studies, Packaging Research, to name a few.
- Breaking down the Annual & Quarterly Plans/Initiatives into actionable & detailed activity schedules and calendars followed by proper implementation and control.
- Ownership & responsibility for excellence for all ATL, BTL & TTL Initiatives as per Marketing & Category Plans.
