Job Description :
- Lead marketing of key brands in India
- Development and execution of annual marketing strategy in line with business objectives and revenue targets- including product range management, new product briefs, key campaigns and budgets, Partner with the Sales team in devising strategic trade initiatives & trade related activities, Deliver on Market shares & business goals
- conceptualization and execution of campaigns, photo shoots, videos, social media pages, influencer tie-ups, blogs, PR articles, Creation of brand positioning platforms and generation of effective communication plan
- Driving penetration and brand awareness through a combination of influencer marketing, digital, PR, visibility, on-ground activations, Planning ATL & BTL communications, developing merchandise.
- Develop a clean innovation funnel & work with cross functional teams to deliver on same, Leading the cross functional teams to develop and launch the innovation pipeline of SKUs Team Leadership
- Provide leadership and direction to a team & ensure that they are effectively deployed for achieving the business goals, MS goals and profitability goals of the assigned category
