Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. - Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, events, and content marketing. - Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure successful execution of campaigns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business strategy. - Manage the company's website and optimize for search engine rankings and user experience. - Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Experience : - 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services industry. - Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals. - Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Education Qualification : Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
