Service Level Expert: - Build new & maintain existing marketing attribution models to continually identify business needs & drivers to inform strategic decision making and campaign planning & budgeting - Own the completion and delivery of econometric modelling on time and in line with agreed objectives, providing results, key trends, impact & attribution outputs, and help predict future performance - Ensure we create actionable analysis and communicate this effectively to ensure marketing teams leverage insight to improve and optimize our campaigns - Should be able to drive analysis around the following Marketing Effectiveness KPIs: - Return on Investment (ROI) - Cost per Win (Sale) - Cost per Lead - Conversion Rate - Incremental Sales - Customer Lifetime Value - Ensure exemplary relationship is developed with Onshore Campaign Managers alongside Offshore teams - Work closely with the Senior manager to ensure consistency and quality of support provided by the Marketing program team, devise quality procedures, standards and specifications formats - Monitoring and evaluating the data collection process - Work with junior team members to process data efficiently and help develop insights Quality Assurance: - Ensure consistency and quality of reporting support provided. As a Lead able to review the deliverables and ensure high quality and increase the scope of work with the help of Innovation and customized client solutions. - Ensure consistency, robustness and quality of support provided to Marketing and Campaign teams, devise quality procedures, standards and specifications People: - Help the team to increase service opportunities leading to better management and development of the support - Drive relationships with key stakeholders and maintain high degree of rapport with onshore teams - Be involved in mentoring and coaching of junior colleagues
