Manager - Marketing - Education

As Marketing Manager of HustlePost Academy, you will be required to use both your left-brain & the right-brain as you strategize on revenue growth and ensure a delightful brand and customer experience across the board.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead our marketing team & build a culture obsessed with excellence and growth.

2. Create and implement ROI-driven marketing strategies using both inbound and outbound channels.

3. Own and manage the marketing budgets for each quarter.

4. Design high performing marketing campaigns and execute them with perfection.

5. Build customer case studies and success stories to drive demand and enable Sales.

6. Leverage effective digital marketing strategies using organic social media, FB ads, LinkedIn ads, Google ads, Email Marketing, and more.

7. Strategize & execute go-to-market to expand into B2B.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of performance marketing experience.

- Experience leading, recruiting & growing a team of marketers.

- A kickass storyteller and communicator with extremely strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
