Major Activities :
Create, execute, and analyze the effectiveness of a strategic marketing plan :
Create marketing and promotional materials by interfacing with customers, distributors, and graphic designers.
- Hire and work closely with focused PR agencies
- Calculate Marketing Return on Investment (MROI) to optimize use of resources
- Leverage his/her network within travel industry to identify areas to position the brand deep in the territory of our target consumers.
- Identify the appropriate channels of marketing communication, and ensure optimal placement.
- Manage strategic promotional partnerships
- Disseminate market insights to other regions
- Establish norms and systems to assimilate knowledge about the market and the consumer through self initiated and/or external market research, and direct field based feedback to prepare market penetration strategies including channel mix, product offerings, and pricing and communication strategy.
Marketing :
Preparation of Marketing Budget
- Effective Marketing in order to attract enrollments
- Preparation of Marketing material
- Ensuring Marketing Material availability at School level
- Ensuring Utilization of Marketing Material at School level
- Designing and creativity of marketing material
- Other initiatives in marketing e.g. Awards, Social Media etc.
Enrollments & Branding :
Enrollments in existing Schools - As per the financial feasibility
- Monitoring competition with in the existed competitors and new competition
- Effective Employer Branding
Experience in Marketing/Branding role in service Industry. Must have a Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Branding or related field
Personal Characteristics & Behaviors :
- Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with employees at all levels in the organization.
- Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
