Manager Role:

The key responsibilities of this role are as under:
1. Conceptualize the event strategy for the organization
2. Execute key led industry events and drive participation framework in external events
3. Drive relevant partnerships/sponsorships for the events
4. Leadership alignment of current/future events involving multiple business units.
5. Build a strong team and high performance culture organization.
6. Managing the costs for the events and driving efficiency through improvements/ planning efficacy
7. Defining metrics, setting goals, tracking results, and sharing key learning with internal stakeholders
- To be successful in this role you will have superior communication, high operational excellence, analytical and organisational skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work with independence to deliver business goals. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate. This position is based out of Bangalore, India.
1. Basic Qualifications :
Prior Experience:
- MBA/PGDBM in Marketing/ Communications
- More than 9 years of experience in Events/Experiential marketing.
- Prior experience in working with technology or technology led products in marketing would be an added advantage.
- Agency management experience is a must
Skills:
- Experience in events across e-commerce, retail or FMCG would be an advantage
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- A willingness to listen
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
