Manager - Marketing - Durable Brand (5-10 yrs)

We are urgently looking out for the candidates for Manager Marketing - Leading Durable Brand - Mumbai.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Increase usage of Selfcare portal (online, mobile, ATMs, others) to manage customers account and recharges
2. Promotion Campaigns - plan & execute campaigns to drive usage through online medium
3. Work with 3rd party partners & banks to increase subscriber touch points
4. Launch new payment modes for customers
5. Increase adoption of online payment modes amongst cash transacting subscribers
6. Increase Average recharge values through online recharge promotions with banks and wallets
Skills required:
- Knowledge to online payment space
- Basic understanding of SEO & SEM marketing
- Ability to observe trends, patterns & understand consumer behavior with a view to act accordingly to maximize retention of deactive customers.
