Job Title : Marketing Manager
Position Objective :
- Plan and execute innovative marketing interventions to help build the brand / brands under the portfolio of our client and / or to drive relevant marketing metrics.
- Develop outbound marketing programs that will run over offline, online and / or social channels.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns - including marketing strategy, channel selection, marketing calendar, strike the right partnerships and execute on timelines.
- Measurement and monitoring of Brand Equity, with responsibility for driving analytics, developing executive insights and advocating for learning through the organization.
- Lead the development of an annual insights road map by determining the core consumer learning needs for the business team
- Aggregate insights to converge to a solid understanding of our consumers as well as funnel those insights into the right positioning for the brand.
- Execute ad-hoc research requests as well as quick consumer dipsticks to gather quick feedback.
- Have oversight over business numbers, measure effectiveness of campaigns, prepare detailed reports for reviews.
- Write crisp agency briefs and liaison with external agencies to develop simple and effective communication campaigns.
- Media planning across channels to deliver best bang for the buck.
- Work with internal cross-functional teams to align functions to deliver on campaign promises.
- Show evidence of leadership skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Mine for consumer insights by mounting critical primary or secondary research.
- Analyze internal customer and business metrics to reveal gaps in product, offer or communication to drive business goals.
