- Manage marketing & community engagement vertical in the assigned geography
- Lead offline and online Marketing programs, Consumer research, co-marketing programs with Alliance/partner brands in the assigned geography.
- Drive integrated marketing plans for demand generation utilizing digital marketing, email marketing, offline events and promotions (ATL and BTL)
- Strong data-driven marketing skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate findings into actionable customer insights and powerful marketing programs
- Thorough understanding of marketing models, communication and branding strategies and planning frameworks
- Planning and driving different ATL, BTL and branding activities
Desired Experience / Background :
- 5-6 years experience in B2C Marketing (Digital+Brand Marketing experience) - Top Institutes only
- Demonstrated analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodology and outputs.
- Experience at a B2C startup or a well-established E-commerce company
