About the Role : What Shoptimize is looking for : - Smart, energetic B2B marketers with experience in developing and successfully executing innovative growth strategies. - We are looking for candidates who thrive in dynamic environments, are constantly ideating, strategizing, experimenting, and have a laser sharp focus on delivering outcomes. Responsibilities : - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns - Manage brand marketing and communication initiatives via PR and Social Media - Develop and manage website content to enhance brand awareness and visitor traffic - Create and maintain sales collateral and other marketing assets - Interface with Shoptimize's strategic partners like Amazon Web Services, Google, Facebook etc. to establish and scale up joint marketing and promotional efforts - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns Requirements : - 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar B2B Software / SaaS business - MBA/PGDBM in Marketing, with good content and analytical skills - A strategic thinker with strong business perspective, tactical acumen and solution centric approach - Creative mind set, with the ability conceptualize campaigns - Hands on experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing and content marketing is mandatory - Knowledge of eCommerce sector in India. Understanding of the retail & consumer goods industry is desirable.
