Main Responsibilities: - Develop and execute an integrated three-monthly activity plan rolling up to an annual marketing plan of demand creation programs that drive revenue and brand visibility and equity - Liaise with Leadership team and Sales management to ensure that marketing activities are in support of business objectives (both strategic and tactical). - Effectively communicate plans and status to leadership and sales teams - Actively develop new approaches and opportunities for improving efficiencies and productivity - Revise marketing campaign plans as required to respond to market conditions or pipeline gaps - Proactively drive increase in ROI from marketing activities through focus on measurements tracking and closed loop marketing campaign execution - Proactively identify market trends and needs and act to create opportunities in a market Desired Skills and Experience - An out-of-box thinker. - Handled integrated-marketing campaigns - Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets - Demonstrable Digital Marketing knowledge and know-how through clear marketing programs focused on a broad range of Digital Content platforms and provider - Experience in marketing of Cyber Security Services/Products is a definite plus! - Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal Qualification - 8-10 years of experiences in Branding & Marketing, of which at least 4 years in marketing services/ solutions to the C-level decision maker of large, complex organizations in North America Market. MBA from reputed institute.
