Manager - Marketing - Cosmetics/Beauty/Lifestyle Industry

Designation / Position: Marketing Manager

Job Location(s): Hyderabad

Work Experience: 5 to 8 years

Responsibilities:

- Should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing for a consumer brand (FMCG / Beauty / Cosmetics / Fashion / Food / Beverage / Similar industry preferred)

- Experience in launch of a consumer brand is highly desired

- Hands on with - Branding, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Marketing strategy, ATL/BTL, Campaign Management

- Must have experience in generating leads for on-line and e-commerce sales

- Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills

- MBA from a reputed institute preferred

Job Description:

- Manage organic and paid channels for content, event management, PPC, social media, lead generation campaigns

- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

- Manage marketing budget

- Will take up P&L responsibility for the business

- Monitor unit economics and report to leadership on periodic basis
