Position Summary: The client is adding a Senior Marketing &amp; Communications professional to its team. The ideal person would be a hardworking and super confident marketing and communications specialist from the financial industry. The candidate would be responsible for marketing &amp; communications-related functions such as building and enhance the client's brand, preparing, updating &amp; reviewing fundraising documents &amp; marketing documents, PR &amp; media relations. Scope of work: - Prepare &amp; update fundraising collaterals like Memorandums, Pitch decks among others - Analyse market research reports and conduct market research wherever necessary - Reach out to prospective investors &amp; maintain existing investor relationships. - Build and develop the brand identity. - Conduct/participate at relevant events/conferences for investor &amp; portfolio companies. - Develop relationships with media outlets for PR opportunities - Identify speaking opportunities at events and conferences across South East Asia - Build, develop and manage social media presence Skills Required: - Excellent communication skills (written &amp; oral) - Experience in market research and preparing large financial documents - Extensive experience with developing marketing collaterals - Aesthetic design sense to ensure a quality presentation of collaterals - Deep understanding of technology start-up &amp; investment ecosystem across South East Asia - Ability to network and build relationships - Experience of working with a tier 1 VC or PE fund is an advantage
