Manager - Marketing &amp; Communications Job Purpose : - Set the strategic direction for company's brand and marketing initiatives (positioning, messaging, analyst relationships, digital marketing, customer acquisition/retention, content, social media, SEO, and all customer/partner marketing). - This position reports to the CEO and is accountable for achieving business objectives like revenue, customer acquisition, retention, growth/ mining etc. - The role requires a strong balance of project management ability, communication skills, analytical thinking, brand management, and ability to conceive and run innovative and impacting marketing programs. Responsibilities : - Identifying marketing strategies and compelling campaigns and partnerships to drive revenue growth, increase sales pipeline, customer acquisition, and retention rates. - Identify market opportunities for growth based on customer feedback, market data, and analyst or industry leader input. - Develop KPI's and marketing reports for the executive team based on annual marketing objectives that demonstrate contribution to new and add-on revenue goals. - Drive omni channel campaigns with strong RoI metrics like CPL, CPA, etc - Improve existing, and identify new, acquisition channels including AR, PR, SEM, SEO, account-based marketing (ABM), Key account selling, etc - Drive improvement in share of mind/ share of wallet with customers and named prospects - Lead our customer/partner marketing program including overall strategy, communication planning, analysis and optimization. - Drive customer referincibility, engagement through CRM, customer events etc - Create and manage quarterly and annual budgets aligned with revenue and profitability goals of the organization. - Lead the company's digital and social media strategy and expand online presence and discoverability - Collaborate with leadership/ product teams to drive new solutions/ products/ offerings to take advantage of emerging market opportunities. - Build the company's employer brand with employees, prospective employees (lateral) and at campuses (as a preferred place to work) - Drive/ manage the company's online reputation - Create a strong analyst relationship program to drive analyst mentions, report coverage and analyst references - Build an influencer program targeting industry influencers, consulting companies, sourcing advisors etc - Build a thought leader brand for the organization - Build executive brands of key leaders - Build a industry relationship program to engage with bodies like Nasscom, ITAA etc - Drive visibility across industry events, analyst events and other key forums
