Skills: - People interaction and ability to interface with multiple teams to get the campaigns off the ground. (partner teams, operations, analytics, legal), ability to put together processes and stick to policy and process. - Good knowledge of communication, digital marketing and direct marketing campaigns. - Positive attitude and ability to lead a team and work with 2-3 agencies at the same time. - Ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders. - Project management skills Duties and responsibilities - Strategising, planning, developing and executing successful ideas and campaigns for key program and partner initiatives. - Campaign review, analysis, agency management.
