We are looking for a Manager - Marketing Communications with our client with a global presence based at Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for implementing all ATL communication for Lubricants category - TV, Radio, Print & OOH
2. Liaise with creative agencies for crafting the right communication output - TVC storyboard, Print and Radio creative
3. Liaise with Media agency on Media buying and key brand associations such as BWF, Biking etc
4. Liaise with event management agencies for on-ground activations wrt above associations
5. Liaise with research agencies on all consumer research, brand tracks and competitive trends
6. Lead innovations in the communications plan
7. Launch best practices for India in the field of ATL and prepare decks to be presented to Group teams in Singapore and Paris
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT :
This Industry is a dynamic market place. Rapid/Periodic changes are observed in consumer behavior. It is a low involvement category for the customer and hence spontaneous awareness is a challenge for most brands. The task at hand is to grow the spontaneous awareness for the brand in the lubricants category This will need integrated and focused efforts in building reach and recall with consistent ATL campaigns and solid innovative brand properties which can create the jump in awareness.
Activities :
- To liaise with creative agency to develop creative platform for TV commercial for product brands
- Liaise with production houses to for developing TV Commercials for Product Brand, Multimedia
- Presentations, Product Brand Audio Visual Films, Sales Aid Tools & related Merchandise
- Liaise with media agency to develop media plans for advertising through various forms of mass media
- Publicize product launches I OEM tie ups through local press with help from local agencies
- Launch OEM related initiatives to grow brand awareness for client in the Lubricants category
- Amplify key brand message through an integrated communication plan encompassing TV, Radio, Print, OOH and also innovations
- Work closely with the digital team to carry forward the key brand messages through innovative content on digital
- Lead all consumer insights and regular brand track studies so that all GTM campaigns are based on concrete insights and research data
- Conceptualize and launch that one big viral brand idea that can take awareness to the next level
- Keep abreast of key trends in the communications world of automotive, lubes category and identify sweet spots that we can capture
Accountabilities :
- Ensure that the Group brand guidelines are adhered to for brand communication of all types and through all mediums.
- Effective in research management, Creative and Media agency management
