Manager - Marketing Communications (7-10 yrs)

Manager (Marcom)


- Perfect Placer along with its associate services has a long and prestigious list of leading Indian and Multinational Corporates in India and Outside across Managerial levels, functions and Industries, covering both IT and Non-IT specialized in chief executive, board member and senior-level management search assignments Manager (Marcom)


- Assist in the creation of the Internal Communications Strategy


- Execute organization wide employee engagement / internal communications programs across Co's worldwide locations


- Work closely with employee experience / people managers regarding marketing deliverables including content creation, communication plans, announcements, etc.


- Measure the efficacy of the internal communications strategy


- Support the implementation of the social media strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Glassdoor)


- Support in executing external communication programs that are aligned to organizational objectives


- Explore and implement latest new tools / platforms whenever required as per marketing strategy


- Coordinate team logistics efficiently to keep projects flowing harmoniously from start to finish


- Motivate and assist team members in enhancing their involvement and utilizing their strengths to accomplish shared responsibilities within deadlines


- Work closely with creative partners to deploy successful marketing campaigns


- Write briefs, provide feedback, and regularly follow up with creative partners at each stage from ideation to execution


- Manage vendors, invoices, approvals and ensure timely payouts


- Act a custodian of Co's brand guidelines

Qualification & Experience :


1. MBA in communications or journalism or public relations or relevant field with 7-10 years' experience in a similar role.


2. Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.


3. Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.


4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.


5. Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.


6. Ability to manage and coordinate the end-to-end development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.


7. Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.


8. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
