Position : Marketing & Communications Lead for Delivery Centers for Technology

Level : Manager

Location : Bangalore

Experience -10-13 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications (Technology background)

Qualifications- Bachelor degree required, prefer in marketing & communications with added Management qualification

Candidates from Tier 1 IT service firms are preferable

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Leading Integrated Marketing & Communication across all internal and external communications to support the Delivery Centers for Technology

2. Strategy and planning to drive an integrated approach that includes multiple marketing functions - Image, Recruitment Marketing, Internal Communications, Media Relations and Social/Digital media in support of the business objectives of the technology delivery centers in India

3.Working directly with the business leadership team

4. Build focused Delivery Marketing programs - Interpret complex business strategy, technology trends, client centric innovations in technology and industry differentiators and translate them into bold, compelling and distinctive content appropriate to the audience (internal and external) and channels (media, digital, social, keynotes, video and more)

5. Identify and orchestrate external engagement opportunities, including speaking engagements, social media opportunities and digital platforms

6. Understanding and appreciation of the IT services industry and relevant work experience in the IT services industry.
