- A post graduate in Marketing from a B-school of repute who went beyond books

- A stellar corporate journey of over 8+ years in a Tier-I company with at least 5-7 years in a people management role.

- Proven experience of marketing global brands across multiple countries and within a matrixed brand management structure, and of working successfully across borders and cultures

- Managed Integrated Marketing with clear B2C and B2B roles

- Experience with marketing and sales automation software like Salesforce and software tools like Google Analytics

- Comprehensive understanding of the latest trends in marketing, digital, advertising, and CRM marketing Have strong interpersonal and networking skills and put customer first in al marketing initiatives

B2C : 

- Agency management - work closely with all agencies to execute projects, launches, campaigns and events in a timely manner.

- Marketing Communications Management - Design/ drive all communication activities including media & events. ATL & BTL

- Seeker & Customer lifecycle management - Integrated marketing approach from customer acquisition, communication, engagement, retention and relationship building. Across Enterprise and SMB. Also work to manage the Seeker lifecycle

- Market Intelligence & Research - Accumulating and identifying key market trends, commissioning research and build strategy assisting business growth

- Alliances (Print & Media) - working closely with external vendors.

B2B

- Integrate and align company strategy in all B2B marketing efforts

- Sales support and pre sales consulting - Working closely with business leaders and support the sales team with market winning collaterals. Manage the pre sales queries and provide support in sales closures

- Plan and execute marketing engagement campaigns consisting of email, webinars, videos, social media advertising, marketing collateral, and new tactics to promote awareness and drive sales leads

- Build processes for efficiently handling marketing requests from sales team; ensure requests fit into overall marketing and sales strategy; manage sales team requests and feedback

- Partner with sales and solutions teams to help team members understand viable marketing solutions and measures of effectiveness

- Lead Generation - Spearhead the entire lead generation/ Database management program for the region, identifying prospects base, focus industries and geographies. Fueling relevant leads to sales channels for business growth
