Overall Accountability: - Strategy -Supervise strategy of integrated marketing communication and programs for chosen customer and market segments. Creating and implementing plans to increase market share. - Research and Analysis - Analysing the data generated to identify patterns and trends to leverage. - Identifying pitfalls and planning for course correction in problem markets - Internal support - Providing marcom support to cross functional teams to drive overall brand consistency and increase effectiveness of messaging. Working Relationship: - Sales Team: Working with the Sales head and at hub level sales agents as per need to: - Drive deeper understanding of consumer behaviour across the purchase cycle. - Develop collaterals and communication guidelines and tools to aid in conversion optimisation down the sales funnel. - Ensure communication effectiveness and messaging consistency is maintained across touchpoints. - Identify problem markets, perform root cause analysis and develop custom communication solutions to address the gaps. PR Manager: - Working with the in house PR manager to develop and implement the PR and media communication strategy to: - Drive positioning of the brand across media landscape. - Develop message map and content that is aligned to the positioning of the brand. - Build a community of stakeholders including but not restricted to key journalists (editors and sector specific writer) for 91springboard. - Sustain and manage brand perception during crisis. - Develop large scale events to create milestones. Central teams: - Supporting the various central function to: - Develop partnership proposals that will enhance brand image and build brand equity. - Drive brand awareness to potential employees, investor community and relevant government agencies and partners. Brand Experience Managers: - Support brand experience managers to drive conversations with existing customers. - Consult brand experience managers on new initiatives and locally driven ideas for brand building through local partnerships. New markets Marketing manager - Develop communication strategies targeted to new markets leveraging research - Deploy, track, analyse and improve campaigns to meet pre sales targets. - Ensure brand messaging and perception maintains consistency in new markets - Identify opportunities in new markets to build market share. Digital marketing manager - Develop brands communication strategy, tone of voice and personality on the digital spectrum. - Ensure online and offline communication are relevant and consistent for the brand. - Identify opportunities to build the brand on the web through tie ups and partnerships. Metrics: - Lead conversions - conversion rates across channels through the sales funnel - Social Media / PR - Engagement rates across channels, Sentiment analysis, Share of Voice - Awareness - Brand equity and general awareness (event footfalls, incoming inquiries).
