Job Responsibility :

- Understand Career Corner's services, target consumers and service delivery models

- Drive and manage all marketing activities for the organization

- Identify and establish strategic alliances with new associates

- Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing associates; attend meetings as and when required

- Build a pipeline of prospects and convert them for the counselling services

- Devise various mass media and social media campaigns to increase visibility of Career Corner

- Network at seminars, events, client meeting etc. to promote Career Corner

- Liaise with various associates/sponsors to organize seminars for Career Guidance at various levels

- Study competitor's services and their go-to-market strategy

- Prepare and track marketing and communication budget

- Track return on investment on marketing campaigns and prepare reports on a periodic basis

Job Specification :

- Marketing graduate/postgraduate with 1-3 years of experience in marketing

- Understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools

- Proficient with MS Office - PowerPoint, Word and Excel

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously

- Ability to network well and liaise with internal and external stakeholders

- Oriented towards providing excellent customer service

- Ability to work in team

- Good oral and written communication

- Ready to travel
