- Product marketing experience in a B to B to C business involving design and implementation of business strategy encompassing planning and execution of IMC campaigns, BTL promotions, competitor benchmarking - FMCG Sales and Channel
- Development experience managing business targets (value and distribution) and field sales force while helping partner dealers improve turnover and ROI
- Work closely with functional teams through to project implementation, mapping inter-dependencies and planning for implementation and assist in arriving at optimal solutions.
- Analyze marketing data to provide valuable insights to marketing leadership team and cross functional teams. has excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse and multi-functional teams.
Experience :
- 3-4 years of Sales and Marketing experience
- Cross Functional experience will be an advantage
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Deep experience in product and project management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
