Designation : Marketing Manager
Location : Bangalore, India
Key responsibility areas will include :
1. Develop the marketing and brand plan of Davinta :
- Develop, recommend, and lead execution of marketing plans across the regions we operate and target geographies
- Manage effective deployment of the marketing budget for effective results aligned to business objectives
- Implementation and execution of brand plans - brand strategy, assets, brand penetration and recall
- Lead the development of local marketing strategy and execution in each region
- Work with sales and strategy office to review and course correct marketing plans based on results
2. Advertising, Media and Promotion :
- Identification of vendors and partners; work with agencies for the achievement of the objectives of the marketing plan
- Constructing briefing plans with leadership
- Vendor management - Negotiations, contracts, briefings, stakeholder management, reviews
3. Market Research & GTM :
- Identification and planning of research areas for Marketing, Sales, Product Management
- Execution of regular surveys too understand the customer and market dynamics and capture trends for new product introduction in regions
- Work with our partners to drive specific GTM plan for new and existing products aligned to business objectives.
Professional qualifications and experience :
- Degree in Business Administration with Marketing electives, Master's Degree in Marketing and Brand Management ideal
- 5-8 years of experience in Marketing or Product Marketing in the Indian market, with a thorough understanding of the dynamics in the regions and customer behaviors
- Thorough understanding of the sales and marketing process with strong commercial awareness
